Before you start
Is it hard to switch?
No. Businesses bring in their customers and the invoices still open from the files Wave, QuickBooks, Jobber or Housecall Pro export, or from a spreadsheet (vendors and unpaid bills too, from Wave, QuickBooks or a spreadsheet), with a preview before anything is saved. Landlords import units, tenants, expenses and past rent from Excel, CSV or a PDF, or add a tenant who already lives there with their balance and paper lease.
Is my information safe?
Every page is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS only). Passwords are never stored as you typed them, and you can turn on two-step sign-in. Each account's records are kept apart from every other account's, and automated tests check that on every change. You can download your records any time. Our servers are in Canada; the Privacy Policy lists every outside service that handles your data and what it sees.
